Applause Lab specialises in transforming interviews with their customers’ clients into high-converting video case studies. This brings their customers’ offerings to life, with flexible plans available for B2B companies of all shapes and sizes.

As a company that specialises in storytelling, though in a different medium to the one that we’re used to, they appreciated the way our email marketing campaigns tell stories. By working together, we were able to develop a range of six custom email sequences which were specifically designed to appeal to the different segments that we were reaching out to.

These email sequences were also supported by eight A/B tests and reached just under 16,000 potential clients. The campaign received a 28% open rate and a 44% response rate, harnessing 61 hot leads for Applause Lab to follow up with. Better still, they were already aware of what the company does, too.
