Betachon is a specialist freight auditing company that specialises in auditing FedEx and UPS bills for inconsistencies, overcharges and other mistakes and then filing refund claims on your company’s behalf. Via a mixture of custom software and manual auditing, the company looks at around 40 different factors and typically saves its clients 3-8% per month.

Betachon explained that they needed help reaching out to potential customers in the United States and Canada who were spending large amounts of money on freight and shipping. The key to this approach was communicating the benefits of using the company, including the fact that the company is often able to help its clients to make such a large amount of savings that they pay for themselves.

The campaign that we developed used a mixture of personalized messaging and two different email sequences to reach an audience of almost 3,000 potential clients. Supported by six A/B tests and a retargeting campaign that generated 39,353 impressions and 92 clicks, the pilot campaign successfully generated 40 hot leads for the company.
