Carden IT Services is a British company that specialises in information technology, telecoms, connectivity, mobile and cloud solutions for companies across a range of different industries. They pride themselves on their ability to take over companies’ IT needs so that they can focus on what they do best – running their business.

They approached Bant.io to ask for help generating leads across the United States and the United Kingdom. When we started to learn more about Carden’s approach to business, we were delighted to find that they treat every customer differently, because that’s the same approach that we follow. That’s why we responded by developing a highly personalized campaign with targeted messaging that was designed to appeal to specific subsections of their target audience.

The campaign specifically targeted SMEs in the US and the UK, because these are the types of company that Carden is best placed to help. We ran six email sequences and carried out ten A/B tests, reaching 7,827 prospective clients and generating 57 hot leads. We also generated a further 3,753 impressions through a retargeting campaign.
