CNBS Software is an SAP provider that specialises in integrating with e-commerce systems, payment portals, mobility solutions and more. They explained to us that they primarily target mid-sized companies across North America and that they help them to drive efficiencies and to increase profits by cutting costs.

That was all we needed to know to start to develop an email marketing campaign that catered to different types of customer and which used three different A/B tests to further improve the conversion rate. By tapping into the wants and needs of different target audiences, we were able to dramatically improve the response rate, ultimately ending on an impressive 45%.

The campaign reached just under 8,000 potential customers and received a 24% open rate while generating 31 red hot leads. Our focus on getting the messaging just right paid off in terms of the quality of the leads, with many of them ready to make a purchase. We also supported the emails with a retargeting campaign that generated a further 61,963 impressions.
