ComplianceQuest is a cloud-based Enterprise Quality Management Software (EQMS). Built using Salesforce.com, it aims to empower enterprises to manage quality throughout their supply chains while maintaining full compliance with regulations across industries like consumer packaged goods, general manufacturing, life sciences and oil and gas.

Specifically designed with ease of use in mind, ComplianceQuest adds value to its users as soon as they start to use it. We aimed to do the same by delivering leads from the start of the campaign as soon as we narrowed down the messaging, ultimately reaching over 4,300 potential clients with three email sequences and five A/B tests.

The pilot campaign was a big success, achieving a 26% open rate and ultimately generating 31 hot leads. The retargeting campaign generated a further 265,000 impressions, along with 453 clicks and an additional 76 conversions. We were pleased with the initial results, and so was the client.
