Finn Business Sales Case Study


Founded in 2004 by Steve Finn and Len Furguson, the Finn Group aims to help small business owners to successfully buy or sell businesses. Fifteen years on, they’re Australia’s largest network of business and franchise brokers with offices across all major cities and regions.

When they approached, they asked for help securing more leads to promote their business sales services, with a specific focus on the New South Wales region of Australia. We responded by developing a targeted marketing campaign with customized messaging aimed at multiple customer segments. We also supported the campaign with two email sequences and three A/B tests.

The campaign was a success, reaching 5,491 prospective clients and achieving an impressive 37% response rate. We captured 91 hot leads for Finn Business Sales and generated over 4,700 more impressions via our retargeting campaign.
