Horsefly provides a talent analytics tool with a difference: it allows companies to hold evidence-based discussions across their workforce planning and attraction strategies whilst reducing time and cost to hire. By providing a raft of real-time candidate skills and experience insights along with gender and location, companies can now make informed decisions on ‘where’ and ‘how’ is the best place to recruit.

Horsefly requested help expanding their reach into new territories. Because their software has multiple business applications and can be used in any industry, we were able to develop a larger campaign that still focussed on specific use cases whilst targeting HR managers, recruiters and business owners.

We responded by developing a huge targeted marketing campaign that included eight email sequences and nine A/B tests, reaching over 11,000 potential customers. Better still, the targeted marketing materials led to a 21% open rate and a 30% response rate, along with 52 hot leads.
