Innosphere Case Study


Innosphere specialises in designing, developing, testing and delivering customized software applications. They primarily develop for mobile and web applications for BlackBerry, iPhone, and Android devices, and they pride themselves on their tried and tested software development methodologies that mitigate risk factors and help them to deliver on time, on brief and on budget.

They specifically asked for help promoting their security training program, which enabled us to develop much more targeted messaging that was designed with different audiences in mind. With a specific goal for the campaign, it could be designed from the ground up to convert customers, and it also helped us to identify the perfect calls-to-action.

The approach was a big success for and Innosphere, reaching nearly 6,400 potential customers via two email sequences, with three A/B tests along the way to ensure that we generated the best results possible. The pilot campaign resulted in 43 hot leads with a 27% open rate and a 38% response rate. Those impressive results were further increased by 74,502 impressions, 146 clicks and 34 conversions from the retargeting campaign.
