Investor Deal Room provides its customers with a specialised finance platform that helps them to organise their capital raises and to impress their investors. Companies using their platform manage thousands of investors and have raised over $40 million in private capital, representing nearly $500 million in AUM.

They approached Bant.io to ask for help introducing their platform to more potential customers from across the United States. A big part of this involved tailoring the messaging to make sure that we were explaining the benefits to different types and segments of end users. We also carried out three A/B tests to ensure that the conversion rate was as high as it could possibly be.

Ultimately, we reached nearly 1,600 prospective clients and developed two different email sequences to reach them with. Their first campaign received a 28.14% open rate and a 33% response rate, generating 32 red hot leads.
