Jefferson Maguire started out over 20 years ago as the spin-off from a multi-million pound recruitment business. They specialize in recruiting senior level candidates on salaries from $80k to $250k and work only on retainers, actively headhunting all of their candidates instead of relying on databases. They’re more than just recruiters: they effectively act as your own external human resources department.

The company also wanted to target potential customers from around the United Kingdom. The combination of a defined target audience and our understanding of how Jefferson Maguire works helped us to develop a series of bespoke messaging that we delivered through two email sequences and four A/B tests.

The strategy worked like a charm and the campaign was a big success, reaching over 4,600 prospective clients and achieving a 28% open rate and a 53% response rate. The email campaign was also augmented by a social outreach campaign and a retargeting campaign that generated a further 23,000 impressions. In total, during the pilot campaign, we generated 59 hot leads for Jefferson Maguire.
