Joe Coffee is a family-owned chain of coffee shops in New York City and Philadelphia. Launched in 2003 as a single specialty coffee house in Manhattan’s west village, Joe Coffee has gone from strength to strength, growing to over ten locations. But they still believe in their vision of serving the highest quality, most unique coffees with unsurpassed hospitality and knowledge, which is why they brew and roast 100% of the coffee.

Joe Coffee approached Bant.io because they needed help introducing their artisanal coffee expresso services to different businesses in the New York area. We worked closely with them to identify their perfect customer and developed a campaign to target a range of businesses including management consultancies, financial companies and events services.

The results spoke for themselves, with the campaign generating almost 100 leads from 2,068 prospects in just the initial run. It also highlighted a number of different ways that the campaigns could be improved in the future.
