mintyfusion Studios is a Canadian company that’s based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and which specialises in servicing SMEs by giving them the tools they need to scalably grow their businesses. Founded in May 2014 by former Microsoft employees, mintyfusion Studios uses custom web and mobile builds to create tools that are designed to improve customer experience and to enhance the connections between companies and their customers.

mintyfusion Studios wanted to expand their business in a number of different key markets including Australia, the United States and Singapore. We knew that each of these markets had drastically different requirements, and so we responded by developing multiple email variants that tapped into different local languages and cultures.

The initial campaign was a huge success, reaching a total of 4,524 potential clients via four email sequences and eight A/B tests. We received a 25% open rate, a 43% response rate and a 10% conversions to opportunities rate, amassing a total of 48 hot leads for mintyfusion Studios.
