MiTio is the Medical Interpreting and Translating Institute, and as such they specialise in helping bilingual students to take their skills and to turn them into a rewarding career in the field of medical interpretation. They do this by providing a variety of self-paced online courses that allow people to build their resumes and to hone their competency at a schedule that suits each student.

When they approached Bant.io, MiTio asked for help expanding their presence in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Due to the nature of their business, we paid particular attention to the copy and the localisation for our campaign while simultaneously running a series of A/B tests to increase the conversion rate and to generate as many qualified leads as possible.

The pilot campaign was a success, generating 27 hot leads from a pool of 2,331 prospective clients while maintaining an impressive 34% open rate and 23% response rate. We also supplemented the lead generation pipeline with a social selling campaign on LinkedIn, that also generated 13 hot leads for MiTio’s sales team to follow up with.
