Neopost is the Italian branch of the French multinational company of the same name, and they specialise in providing bespoke mail processing solutions. This includes both software and hardware, including mailing machines, enveloping machines, letter openers, sorters and more.

When they approached Bant.io, they asked us for help reaching out to potential customers throughout Italy, and we responded by developing two targeted email sequences that were augmented by three A/B tests. The aim was to communicate Neopost’s complex offering while providing engaging reasons to purchase the product.

This approach was a big success, allowing us to achieve a 28% open rate and a 38% response rate while reaching 2,440 potential clients and generating 30 hot leads. We also carried out a LinkedIn outreach campaign that helped to generate a further five leads during the initial campaign. Not only are these leads sales ready but also each potential sale is of a high value.
