Next Level Now specializes in partnering with companies to provide part-time CFO services and outsourced accounting. They pride themselves on their ability to help clients to create strategies, infrastructure and standardised processes across the company. Their aim is to work as a trusted partner that offers customised services above and beyond basic accountancy and bookkeeping.

It didn’t take us long to wrap our heads around the company’s offering because we do much the same with lead generation and marketing. By working closely alongside the company, we were able to develop a range of bespoke messaging that was aimed at several different target audiences via three email sequences.

Those email sequences were supported by six A/B tests, ultimately generating a 21% open rate, a 37% response rate and 64 hot leads. This was accompanied by a LinkedIn social campaign (reaching over 10,000 potential clients), as well as a retargeting campaign that generated a further 89,000 impressions, 324 clicks and an additional ten conversions.
