SMBHD is an award-winning consultancy that specialises in providing engineering and development to help businesses to establish useful digital solutions. They start by getting to know the business they’re working with and then use bespoke software development to provide strategic advantages. Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, they also have an office in Austin, Texas, and they specialise in serving customers from across North America.

Here at Bant.io, we know the importance of getting to know the client before you get started, and so we worked closely with SMBHD to understand not only how their business works but also who their customers are and what their wants and needs are. That allowed us to then create four different email sequences that used different messaging to tap into SMBHD’s pre-existing target audiences.

The campaign was a resounding success, reaching 3,746 prospects and resulting in 35 hot leads. We also carried out five A/B tests to further improve the email campaigns, which is how we ended up with a 37% open rate and a 42% response rate. All in all, it was another successful campaign and an impressive result from a saturated target market.
