Athena Board specialises in providing simple and secure board meeting preparation and execution software as a service for non-profits. The aim is to make it easier for key company employees to upload meeting documents, set policies and audit usage. It’s also available for both iOS and Windows 10.

Athena Board explained that they needed help reaching out to non-profits throughout Australia who could stand to benefit from their proprietary system. We responded by developing a campaign that showcased exactly what Athena Board can do and why so many companies already rely on it.

This targeted, bespoke approach allowed us to focus on a smaller but more tightly defined target audience of 4,300 potential clients. We reached them through three different email sequences which were bolstered by 4 A/B tests. This, combined with the relevancy of our messaging and the sleekness of our design, is what helped us to generate 63 hot leads.
