Griffin Networks provides a full service IT solution to companies in the Washington DC, Northern Virginia, Maryland and South Central PA. In business for over 20 years and proudly female-owned, they offer networking, cabling, phone systems, security cameras, VPNs, recovery, hosting, remote access and more.
When they approached Bant.io, they explained that they needed to establish a steady stream of leads from across the United States, focussing in particular on the markets that they already had a strong presence in. We were able to take this information and to create a campaign that deployed their messages to prospects specifically in those key locations.
By getting the messaging just right and reaching out to the right people with the right message at the right time, we were able to reach out to over 12,500 potential clients via four email sequences. Key metrics included a 40% open rate and a 39% acceptance rate through LinkedIn outreach. In the end, we were able to generate 85 hot leads including six through PPC conversions and 15 leads from Chatbot.
