Horsefly provides a recruitment tool with a difference: it uses artificial intelligence to make super-targeted recruitment recommendations. They do this with JobsTheWord, which offers advanced recruitment and software tools, and with their proprietary Horsefly analytics software, which “is an exclusive talent mapping and talent planning software tool providing extensive real-time candidate insights using big data and artificial intelligence.”

Horsefly requested for help reaching out to the people who they can help the most. Because their software has myriad applications and can be used in any industry, we were able to develop a larger campaign that still focussed on specific use cases and which targeted HR managers, recruiters, and business owners.

We responded by developing a huge targeted marketing campaign that included eight email sequences and nine A/B tests, reaching over 11,000 potential customers. Better still, the targeted marketing materials led to a 21% open rate and a 30% response rate, along with 52 hot leads.
