Island Bwoy provides luxurious Caribbean holidays with unparalleled local insight, allowing them to arrange dedicated travel experiences that would be simply unavailable anywhere else. Luxury means different things to different people, and so they go out of their way to understand what luxury means to each of their customers and to provide a level of service to match.
They asked us to help to push their “our islands, your escape” messaging out into the world and to bring in potential new customers who might have been interested in their luxury travel packages. We knew that with the right visuals and messaging, their service would sell itself, so we focussed our efforts on three key email sequences.
These email sequences were enhanced by seven A/B tests which helped us to secure a 22% open rate, allowing us to generate 26 hot leads from the pool of 3,958 potential clients. This included 10 leads from our LinkedIn outreach campaign campaign, three from our chatbot and one further conversion from our retargeting campaign, which generated 26,180 impressions and 31 clicks.
