JourneyTree is a specialist customer analytics tool for retail businesses, which uses state-of-the-art machine learning technology to process and parse the data that companies and brands own about their customers. The aim is to help companies that aren’t quite ready to hire their own in-house data science team or to use super expensive custom builds to benefit from the awesome power of machine learning.

Because of the diversity of both the company’s expertise and their technology, as well as their widespread applications, JourneyTree is able to target a range of different companies across a wide variety of different marketplaces. We responded to their brief by identifying target audiences in their key countries of Europe, the USA, and Australia and then developing unique messaging and campaigns that have been delivered by two different email sequences.

The campaign performed to a high standard, allowing us to reach just under 2,800 potential clients via two email sequences and six A/B tests. With an impressive 50% open rate, the campaign was able to generate 39 hot leads for the company. We also enhanced it with a retargeting campaign that generated a further 9,466 impressions and 43 clicks, as well as a LinkedIn campaign that brought in six more leads.
