Roomex is a business travel company that allows users to search, book, manage and pay for all of their business travel bookings in a single place. The company boasts “the largest inventory of business hotels in the world” and acts a little bit like a hotel comparison site but with a specific focus on business travellers.
When they approached Bant.io, they were looking for help expanding into the UK, and so we responded with a highly customized campaign with varied messaging to encompass a range of different target audiences. We were aided by the social proof that Roomex is already trusted by over 1,500 businesses from across the globe.
The pilot campaign was a success, reaching over 2,250 potential clients and generating 47 hot leads via two email sequences and five A/B tests. It also achieved an impressive 91% response rate and paved the way for future campaigns targeting the same geographic area.
