VMSD is a self-described regional activation strategist that specialises in the markets of Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand. They use branding strategies to create and share stories, connecting customers and brands through experiences and narratives. With over two decades of experience, VMSD is able to add a local touch to retail branding.

VMSD were looking for help promoting their services across key Asia-Pacific regions including Malaysia, Thailand, China, Indonesia and Hong Kong. We knew that it would be vital to get localisation just right as cultures vary extensively from region to region, and so we worked hard alongside the client to ensure that both the messaging and the visual assets would resonate with the target audience.

It was an approach that clearly worked, allowing us to reach just under 3,000 potential clients via four email sequences that were supported by eight A/B tests. This enabled us to generate 79 leads via email and 33 leads from an accompanying social outreach campaign. Along the way, we received a 38% open rate and a 33% response rate.
